He is a dynamic Commerce Graduate and a way to become a Law Graduate, joined in the Industry in the Year 1991in forefathers firm, which was incorporated in the year 1962 and having amore than two decades of experience as a Land Developer in Mumbai and having an immense and a practical Knowledge of Building Industry and particularly in the field of Accounting, Finance, Income Tax, Legal and Administrative Concept, which includes the due compliance with various Statutory Authorities thereby ensuring a smooth completion by obtaining an Occupation Certificate of projects of the Group over two decades.

His motto is DO IT RIGHT AT THE FIRST TIME to give an efficient services and quality of workmanship to the full satisfaction of our Valued and Important Customers.

The Real Estate Sector is developed so widely and rapidly in an unorganised manner, without following any Professionalism, Integrity and any strict Rules and Regulations across the country in comparison with the growth of other Sectors, which factors affect the growth of the Land Developers as a resultant it doesn’t play major role in the Growth Story of the Country, when an Indian Economy in paralysis state, turned into fastest growing country in the World and the Real Estate is strongly linked to Macro Economy.

And with the growing country in the world, education and the factors following the western countries caused people will increase renting of property over buying these as they will never be sure of where they would be living a few years in the coming years in long term and it would create the mass growth of the sector.

At the same time, It is quite an important to update that at Present Scenario, the Foreign Funds are least interested to take an active part in the Real Estate Sector in the country on account of cloudy vision in the form of Unorganised, Unregulatedto run the sector professionally.

A Dynamic Step of the State to an establishment of monitoring law like RERA, bringing in the much needed transparency and setting accountability in the unorganised Real Estate Sector and shall definitely professionalise the Real Estate Sector.
